Jacqui Bogucki is a Partner in the Firm’s Houston office, where she regularly advises strategic and financial clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on the infrastructure, digital, technology, energy and oil and gas sectors. She provides sophisticated, commercial advice to clients on public and private mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, investment transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Based in the Firm’s Houston office, Jacqui Bogucki is a Partner in the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice, where she advises private equity sponsors and strategic clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on the infrastructure, digital, technology, energy and oil and gas sectors. She provides sophisticated, commercial advice to clients on public and private mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, investment transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Jacqui’s clients have included private equity firms such as BlackRock’s Global Infrastructure Funds, DigitalBridge Partners and KKR.

Jacqui’s recent representations include:

  • DigitalBridge Partners and IFM Investors in their $11 billion acquisition of Switch, Inc.
  • BlackRock’s Global Energy & Power Infrastructure Funds in various transactions, including its take private of GasLog Ltd., and joint ventures with NextEra Energy Partners
  • KKR in connection with its acquisition of a majority stake in Refresco Group B.V., a global independent beverage solutions provider
  • KKR in its investment in MetroNet, the nation’s largest independently owned, 100 percent fiber optic network provider
  • KKR in its joint venture with The Williams Companies Inc. and $1.2 billion acquisition of Discovery Midstream
  • Crestwood Holdings LLC and affiliates of First Reserve Corporation in a series of transactions to facilitate First Reserve’s exit from Crestwood Equity Partners LP

Jacqui received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the SMU Dedman School of Law in 2014 where she was a member of the SMU Law Review Association and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Air Law & Commerce. Jacqui earned dual B.S.s, summa cum laude, in Finance and Accounting from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business in 2010. Jacqui also graduated summa cum laude from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University. Jacqui is admitted to practice in Texas.
