Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters, led by BMO Capital Markets Corp., BofA Securities, Inc., Mizuho Securities USA LLC, MUFG Securities Americas Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC in connection with the public offering by Air Lease Corporation of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.100% Medium-Term Notes, Series A, due March 1, 2029.
