Partners Marni Lerner and Atif Azher were shortlisted as “Dealmakers of the Year” by The Deal as part of its annual award series for notable market leaders and deals. Marni was shortlisted as “Private Equity Dealmaker” and Atif was shortlisted as “Technology, Media & Telecom Dealmaker” for their achievements advising on high-profile matters over the past year.
Simpson Thacher was also shortlisted for several accolades, including as “Law Firm of the Year” for Financial Services; Healthcare, Pharma & Biotech; and Technology, Media & Telecom. The Firm’s matters were additionally shortlisted as “Deals of the Year” across a variety of industries and sectors.
