The Firm represented the underwriters in the initial public offering and Regulation S offering by XD Inc. (“XD”). XD offered an aggregate of 63,600,000 shares prior to the exercise of the underwriters’ overallotment option. The base offering size was approximately HK$706 million (US$90.5 million). The shares of XD are listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. CLSA acted as the sole sponsor, sole global coordinator, joint bookrunner and joint lead manager.
XD is a developer and operator of quality games in China and overseas. XD has a diverse portfolio of games across different genres and operates TapTap, a leading game community and platform in China.
